Wrote this a few months back but never really got the guts to post it. It's so bad that I wanted to delete it but I need to improve in this writing style so constructive comments please? I desperately need it.
Based on
mapleseeerup 's idea that Doojoon should parental lock Google Translate because Junhyung needs to stop littering his raps with English words that doesn't make sense. (Like "fallin' love spaceship", wth does that mean bamf?! I still love you bamf ♥) And it was
parodying who convinced me to write the fic. ... She should have written it cause it would have been a million times better than this.

“This site has been listed as dangerous and is currently banned on this computer under parental lock.” What is this shenanigan. It was Google Translate for goodness sake, not a freaking porn site! Why a person will ever feel a need to parental lock Google Translate was too incomprehensible for Junhyung to figure out. His eyes scanned the message over and over again, hoping against hope that the situation will undo itself. Unfortunately, staring at it, refreshing the site a million times, switching browser and restarting the computer all didn’t work. His eyes narrowed. There could only be one person responsible for this. YOON DOOJOON Unfortunately for Junhyung, the leader was too busy pitting his skills against the visual magnae on the X-Box. It was pretty obvious that Yoseob wasn’t putting much effort into the game and the boy looked bored out of his wits, probably wishing that the game will end quickly. Junhyung cleared his throat, hoping that the buffalo of his boyfriend will stop playing or at least pay him some attention but it appears that some things will never change. Like Doojoon’s ability to tune out everything else when he’s gaming. Yes, including the boyfriend, sad to say. “YOON DOOJOON.” “Yeah?” the leader replied distractedly, his tongue running over his bottom lip in extreme concentration. Somehow at the far corner of his mind, a mini-version of Doojoon pops up and wonders out loud why there was a tinge of annoyance present in the other’s voice. But the mini-Doojoon-in-his-brain decided to sweep it under the “THINGS NOT REALLY AS IMPORTANT AS SCORING A GOAL RIGHT NOW” carpet. “…did you put a parental lock on Google Translate?” “Yeah?” “Is that an affirmation?” “Yeah?” “May I ask why?” “Yeah?” “So why?” If Doojoon was going to answer with another monosyllable word, Junhyung might have enough of a fury to fling the X-box out of the window. Doesn’t matter if it actually belongs to Jiyong hyung. “Because it’s making you write shitty raps.” Yoseob risked a glance at Junhyung and wonders whether the other’s pursed lips and unreadable expression meant that he should make an excuse to leave the room before he gets killed in the middle of the looming lovers’ spat. (One can never predict the latent killing force of a displeased lover, he thinks.) Fortunately, the rapper just uttered an “okay” and left Doojoon to the game. “YES, I WON AGAIN!” The oblivious leader turned to Yoseob with a triumphant grin for probably the hundredth time that day. But the pitying look on the little one confused him. “What?” “Hyung… you’re going to die, you know.” Yoseob shook his head and stood up, chucking the controller towards the couch and wondered whether he should warn the doomed man. “I feel sorry for you. You’re going to die a lonely, horrible death at the hands of your boyfriend. … You have been a good leader hyung; I’ll make sure to write that on your tombstone.” Patting Doojoon’s shoulder, he sighed dramatically before skipping out of the room happily. Doojoon stared blankly at the spot Yoseob was occupying earlier. Maybe his members were all slowly going crazy. Yup, that must be it, nothing too worrying, he reassured himself and went back to the game. Doojoon: Hey babe, want to go out for lunch? I’m free today :) Doojoon: We can go to the restaurant that you always wanted to try ♥ Doojoon: Babe, are you alright? Reply me please? Doojoon: Can you please reply me before I think you have abandoned me and I end up sobbing in a corner? :( Doojoon: WHERE ARE YOU?! YOU’RE WORRYING ME! DDDDDD: Doojoon: JUNNIE?! ;~; Doojoon: IF YOU DON’T REPLY WITHIN A SECOND, I’M GOING TO THE POLICE!!!!!!!!!!!! Junhyung: I’m out with Hyunseung. Go bother Yoseob or someone else. If there was a memo explaining why Junhyung was ignoring him for the past three days, Doojoon must have missed it. Because for the life of him, he couldn’t recall anything he had said or done that was serious enough to make the rapper behave in such a way. To say that he was ready to pull his hair out in frustration was an understatement. Every time Junhyung turned away from him or shrugged off his touches, a little piece of his heart breaks. With the rest of the members and Jiyong hyung out for the day, he wanted to take the opportunity to have a talk with Junhyung. But ten minutes has passed since he flopped down on the couch and he still remained tongue-tied and silent, while staring unabashedly at his boyfriend who seemed to be too busy texting on his phone to notice the stares and pouts and sad eyes and glares. “Who are you texting?” Jealousy, the little green monster that he usually could keep a control over was currently rearing it’s ugly head. “Hyunseung.” The little green monster hissed angrily and wanted to tear Junhyung’s cellphone and Hyunseung to pieces. Doojoon took a deep breath and asked, in what he hoped was a controlled and casual manner, “But Hyunseung left ten minutes ago. Do you have to text him seconds just after he left?” And ignore your poor sad boyfriend which you have been avoiding for too many days? he wanted to add but now was not the time to be dramatic and soppy. Junhyung glanced at him with an unreadable expression and shrugged. “I guess you’re right.” Doojoon felt a sparkle of hope and maybe, just maybe he can work this out with Junhyung now and afterwards they can make up for the lack of kisses and hugs because gosh, how much he missed them and- “Which is why I’m going to meet him and do some recording of my new raps. We won’t be back for dinner.” He knows he should go back to bed, wake up in the real world and find out that maybe, this was all just a horrible nightmare or a horrible prank that the universe has decided to play on him. Because if this was reality, it sucks big time. As the younger one walked past him, Doojoon wanted so much to grab and pin him down on the floor, kissing him till they both die of suffocation or something equally tragic. But he knows if he ever forced himself on Junhyung, he’ll just get an unpitying slap and a vicious kick at where it really really hurts. The door slammed loudly, leaving him alone with his loud echoing thoughts and the realization that nothing hurt as much as a broken heart. Doojoon: Hey, it’s been a long time since we went out together. Want to watch “Shutter Island” together? Junhyung: I watched it with Hyunseung already. Sorry. Yah Jang Hyunseung, stop bothering my boyfriend and go find one for yourself. (A very big hint: Kikwang is madly in love with you.) Doojoon sighed and wished he had the courage to send the text. “I can’t stand it anymore. Will you please FREAKING apologize to Junhyung already so that you two can kiss and make up and I don’t have to listen to him whine about you, day in and day out? I think I’m going to punch your pretty boyfriend if he latches onto me for another second but I don’t want you to kill me. So please just apologize to him and get me out of this.” Hyunseung loudly pleaded the moment he stood in front of the leader (which consequently meant that he was blocking Hyoyeon’s dazzling smile on TV). Doojoon sighed and just waited for Hyunseung to move away but looks like the other wasn’t going to budge from his spot until the leader begged Junhyung for forgiveness. Not that he wouldn’t want to do it but it was impossible, considering the way the rapper has been avoiding him like a plague for the past one week. Hyunseung gaped at the leader as a thought crossed his mind. “Please tell me you do know what you’ve done wrong.” The blank look on Doojoon’s face pretty much confirmed his suspicion. “I know you’re dumb but I didn’t know you were this dumb.” “Thanks … I hope you know you’re not helping things here.” he sulked. “Stop behaving like a kid.” Hyunseung rolled his eyes and sat down next to Doojoon. Sometimes he thinks that he would have been a better leader than this huge kid beside him. “First, you put a parental lock on Google Translate. WHY WOULD YOU EVEN DO THAT. Second-“ “He’s angry at me just over that stupid website?!” Hyunseung looked like he was going to hit him instead of the pretty boyfriend. “Of course the main thing is not the stupid lock! The thing that he’s upset about is you saying that he writes bad rap.” “I did…that?” “Apparently, since even Yoseob can testify to your stupid act.” Oh shit. Junhyung sighed as he tried to order the mess of clothes and bags and belts -and is that Kikwang’s manthong he sees on his bed- in their room. Sometimes, he wished that he wasn’t such a clean freak and that he could close an eye to the mess that was bound to happen when you have 6 boys sleeping in one room. When a pair of strong arms encircled his body frame and he felt the warmth of a body pressing very closely to his own, he closed his eyes and breathed in the scent that was very distinctively Doojoon’s. A longing sigh escaped softly from his lips, liking very much the physical intimacy that was sorely missing in the past few days before he recalled what happened and tried hard to peel the arms away. The pair of arms tightened its hold around his waist and his inner self wanted so badly to turn around and kiss the daylights out of the stupid fool. Even if the fool said that he writes bad raps, which is certainly not true. A soft kiss on his neck and he was already melting, ready to forgive and forget. Just for the fact that the elder had never been this gentle with him. “I’m sorry for saying that. I swear I didn’t mean it. I only did whatever Jiyong hyung told me and I only repeated whatever he told me because I wasn’t thinking right. I would never think that you write bad raps, honestly I love them and I love you. So would you please please please forgive this blubbering fool of your boyfriend and stop ignoring him? Because he misses you and would probably die if you add another day to his misery-“ “Yoon Doojoon.” “Hmmm?” “Stop rambling and kiss me already.” Of course, the fool gladly did what he was told to do. Doojoon smiled fondly as the sleeping Junhyung on his lap shifted slightly. Google Translate is still on parental lock. So are Babelfish and Naver Translate and a thousand other translating websites. Junhyung uses the Korean-English dictionary every single minute and his raps are still littered with English words that didn’t make sense when stringed together. (In fact the raps had kinda worsened since Junhyung was also taking English lessons from Taecyeon hyung.) But Doojoon doesn’t really care. Love was never meant to make sense anyway. He remembers this particular line that has him inwardly cringe whenever he hears it in their song but … he loves it for a different reason now. Bending to press a kiss on the younger boy’s cheek, he whispered the line. “You’re the sweetest chocolate.” A ghost of a smile appeared around the sleeping boy’s lips and he tightened his hold on Doojoon’s hand. |
